An Architectural Diary

In ‘An Architectural Diary’ six important personal experiences were chosen which were then translated into architecture. The aim was to use architectural elements to try and evoke the same feelings which I had at the time of the specific experience. This was done by using a narrative approach where the body is at the centre of the architecture. Meaning that not only sight, but also touch, smell and hearing are used to evoke the right feelings. A personal site is chosen to create a chronological walk, where you’ll pass by the folly of a family, the Folly of a Child, the Folly of a Friendship, the Folly of a Divorce, the Folly of a Student and the Folly of Love.
