The second year AUDE Project line is aimed at expanding students’ basic knowledge and skills of architectural and urban design. The third project addresses the overlap between architectural and urban design and concerns the design of a housing ensemble in an urban context. Both housing quality and urban space quality, as well as the relation between the private, collective and public domains, are considered.

The students were assigned to design a plan for the location of the Park Plaza Hotel which is to be demolished and transformed to a mixed-use urban ensemble with ca. 100 dwellings.
