This project-based course provides students with the knowledge and analytical skills needed to develop strategic long-term policy plans for Dutch housing associations. Students work in the role of portfolio managers. Key topics include performance analysis, portfolio strategy, sustainable investment, risk and collaboration, lab choice experiment, and among others.
