What are the questions we must ask, as architects and designers, in order to face the climate emergency? To which extent is technology the answer? Which technologies can we make use of as architects to effectively and efficiently address tomorrow’s global emergencies? How can we use technology in architecture to positively impact on a local and global level?

Digital fabrication strategies are developed in accordance, focussing on 3D concrete printing, kerfing, robotic fabrication, moulds and advanced milling. Therefore, this studio will offer from the start intensive workshops on algorithm-aided design with Rhino and Grasshopper tutorials.
