What is space, and what is sound? What is silence? And how are these related? How does a specific sound affect our perception of space? And how does a specific space affect our perception of sound? This year, the Spatial Imagination course collaborated with STRP Festival 2023 with the theme ‘The Art of Listening’. Students focused on the relation between sound and space and how we perceive these by analyzing and critiquing the notion of space and looking into cultural values and societal norms, and their influence on behavior in relation to their surroundings.
